Definition of Covered Products

For purposes of this warranty, “House Blend Decor Products” means furniture and décor items branded and sold by House Blend Decor, LLC. This warranty applies only to House Blend Decor Products and does not apply to third-party products, white-labeled products, or accessories unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Wood Product Limited Warranty

Structural Warranty — Wood Products

House Blend Decor, LLC provides a limited five (5) year structural warranty on products constructed primarily from wood. This warranty covers structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use that impair the intended function of the product, including failure of load-bearing components, structural cracking, or abnormal warping.

Wood is a natural material and may expand, contract, or develop minor movement over time. Such natural characteristics are not considered defects unless they affect structural integrity.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Acts of nature, including storms, flooding, fire, or falling objects
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Improper assembly, installation, relocation, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions
• Commercial, rental, institutional, or public use unless expressly approved in writing

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves sole discretion in determining whether a structural defect exists.

Finish Warranty — Wood Products

House Blend Decor, LLC provides a limited three (3) year warranty on finishes applied to wood products, covering defects in stains, sealers, or applied finishes resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Natural aging, fading, or patina development
• Exposure to sunlight, moisture, humidity, or environmental conditions
• Improper cleaning, chemicals, or pressure washing
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture

These characteristics are inherent to wood and are not considered defects.

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves sole discretion in determining whether a finish issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

Polywood (HDPE) Product Limited Warranty

Structural Warranty — Polywood Products

House Blend Decor, LLC provides a limited ten (10) year structural warranty on products constructed primarily from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), commonly referred to as polywood. This warranty covers structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use that impair the intended function of the product, including cracking, splitting, or structural failure of load-bearing components.

Polywood is designed to resist moisture, insects, and environmental exposure. Minor surface wear, fading, or cosmetic changes that do not affect structural integrity are not considered defects.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Acts of nature, including storms, flooding, fire, or falling objects
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Improper assembly, installation, relocation, modification, or unauthorized repair
• Exposure to excessive heat, open flame, or melting conditions
• Excessive weight loads beyond intended residential use
• Improper cleaning methods or use of harmful chemicals
• Commercial, rental, institutional, or public use unless expressly approved in writing

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves sole discretion in determining whether a structural defect exists.

Polywood products do not have an applied finish and are not covered by any finish warranty.

General Warranty Terms (Applies to All House Blend Decor Products)

Exclusions and Replacement Parts

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Third-party products or components not manufactured by House Blend Decor, LLC
• Damage occurring after delivery due to external causes
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect structural integrity
• Labor, shipping, installation, removal, or transportation costs unless expressly agreed in writing

Replacement parts may be available for purchase, subject to availability. Labor, shipping, installation, and removal costs are not included unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Warranty Remedies

If House Blend Decor, LLC determines that a defect is covered under this warranty, House Blend Decor, LLC may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective component
• Replace the defective component or product
• Provide a refund or partial refund not to exceed the original purchase price

These remedies are the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Claims Process

All warranty claims must be initiated through the Contact Form below. The Contact Form does not support file or image uploads. After initial submission, House Blend Decor, LLC may request additional information, including photographs or documentation, which may be provided via email or other approved methods.

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves the right to request reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate a warranty claim and retains sole discretion in approving or denying any claim. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in denial of the warranty claim.

For purposes of warranty administration and claim processing, House Blend Decor, LLC may utilize its affiliated company, Red Beard Remedy, LLC, to assist with communication, documentation collection, and claim handling. Customers may receive correspondence related to warranty claims from an email address ending in @redbeard.biz on behalf of House Blend Decor, LLC.

Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee approval.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by House Blend Decor, LLC and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

House Blend Decor, LLC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of its products.
