Local Delivery

House Blend Decor, LLC offers local delivery for qualifying orders within a defined radius of our headquarters in Young Harris, Georgia.

Minimum Order Requirement: $350

Estimated Delivery Time: Within two (2) weeks of order confirmation, unless otherwise communicated.

Local Delivery Rates:

• 25 miles or less: $75
  
• 26–50 miles: $100
  
• 51–100 miles: $150
  

Mileage is calculated from House Blend Decor, LLC’s headquarters in Young Harris, Georgia. Delivery availability, scheduling, and access conditions are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Local delivery includes placement at an accessible ground-level location unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Additional services such as stairs, tight access, or special placement may incur additional fees.

Flat-Rate Shipping (Regional)

House Blend Decor, LLC offers flat-rate shipping to the following states only:

Georgia (GA), Alabama (AL), Mississippi (MS), Tennessee (TN), Kentucky (KY), West Virginia (WV), Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Florida (FL)

Flat Shipping Rate: $250

Minimum Order Requirement: $500

Flat-rate shipping applies only to eligible products and destinations within the states listed above. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, carrier availability, and order volume.

Orders Outside Approved Regions

Orders shipping outside of the states listed above, or orders that do not meet the applicable minimum purchase requirements, cannot be completed through the website.

Customers outside approved delivery or shipping regions must place orders by phone at 706-970-9723 or by submitting an inquiry through the Contact Form below to receive a custom shipping quote and order approval.

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves the right to decline orders that fall outside its standard delivery or shipping regions.

Carrier Selection & Order Fulfillment

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves the right to select the delivery method, carrier, or fulfillment partner used to complete an order. For purposes of order fulfillment, logistics, or delivery coordination, House Blend Decor, LLC may utilize its affiliated company, Red Beard Remedy, LLC.

Customers may receive order-related communication from an email address ending in @redbeard.biz on behalf of House Blend Decor, LLC.

Delivery Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible and suitable for delivery vehicles. Delays or additional charges resulting from restricted access, incorrect address information, or failure to receive delivery may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. House Blend Decor, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, acts of nature, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage or delivery-related issues must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt to allow for proper evaluation and resolution.

Policy Modifications

House Blend Decor, LLC reserves the right to modify shipping rates, delivery regions, minimum order requirements, and delivery timelines at any time without prior notice. Terms in effect at the time of order placement will apply to that order.
